Refund policy

At Curethco, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your order, we're here to help with our hassle-free return policy.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. It must also have the original tags attached.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please ensure that the item is well-packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will send you an email notification to confirm receipt and the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect on your statement.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned. We do not accept returns for these items. Don't hesitate to contact our customer service for a list of final sale items.
